Shining Smiles come to the Spotlight

What are your best Misionero memories?

Misionero has given me so many wonderful memories. I grew up at Misionero, professionally and personally. I met my husband, Daniel at Misionero.

How do you feel about the future of the company?

I see the future of Misionero full of new challenges and projects that all of us will work very hard through to make sure our goals are achieved.

What is your superpower?

My superpower is being empathetic. I try to always put myself in others place before judging and I always be myself!

If we are sitting here a year from now celebrating what a great year it has been for you in this role, what did we achieve together?

This year for me and my peers, family, and friends has given many challenges with the new 2020 lifestyle. Most of us had no idea how to live, and many satisfactions of realizing how important it is to take care of ourselves and our peer to keep us all healthy. We are working hard to keep Misionero the safest place that you can be.

When have you been most satisfied with your life?

My greatest satisfaction in life is that I always try to learn, improve myself, and give my best so that my family can be as proud of me as I am of them.

Who is your role model and why?

My parents, Leobardo and Andrea. My dad was the most honest, admirable man, and just being with him made you feel safe. My mom is the sweetest strongest woman. If you get to know her, you will love her as much as I do. They are the best parents that my siblings and I could ever have.

In your opinion, how has being a part of the EFI Team impacted you, the team, and the company as a whole?

The EFI program is an opportunity to grow and create a fair and safe workplace for our peers, strengthen the respect and equal importance to workers regardless of the position or responsibilities that we have in the company. The program has given me more confidence to express myself not only to my team but also to management with my ideas and needs.

What do you feel is the most important thing about EFI? Why should others be interested in this program?

The EFI program creates a bond of trust and respect between employees and management. In my opinion, this is a fundamental part of the growth of any company. If more companies became a part of EFI, it would play a large part in bringing the produce industry together.
