Asian BBQ Chicken Wraps


  • 1-7 oz. pkg. Garden Life™ Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 2 cups Fresh shitake mushrooms, cleaned and sliced.
  • 3 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
  • ¼ cup Green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ cup Chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Ginger root, grated
  • 1 med Orange, zest
  • ¼ cup Red bell pepper, diced small
  • ¼ cup Green bell pepper, diced small
  • 1 -6 oz. can Water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1 med Navel orange
  • To taste Sea salt and coarse black pepper


Preheat large skillet or wok. Add oil then add chicken; stir fry for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, garlic and ginger; stir fry for 1 minute. Add bell peppers, water chestnuts, cilantro, green onions; stir fry for 2 minutes. Add hoisin sauce and toss to coat evenly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cut the orange into four wedges. Scoop the barbeque chicken onto Garden Life™ Green Leaf lettuce, wrap lettuce and squeeze orange wedge over the wrap. Makes 6-8 servings.
