Baby Spinach w/Garlic


  • 3-5 oz. pkg EarthGreens® Baby Spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • ¾ tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 1 Lemon


In a very large pan, sauté olive oil and garlic over medium heat for about 1 minute - do not allow garlic to brown. Add EarthGreens® Tender Baby Spinach, salt, and pepper; cover and cook it for 2 minutes. Uncover and cook on high for another minute, stirring until spinach is wilted. Remove spinach from pan; use a slotted spoon to ensure liquid stays in the pan. Place on a serving bowl and place butter shavings on top; squeeze lemon juice over spinach, and add a sprinkling of kosher salt. Serve hot. Makes 6-8 servings.
