Restaurant Style Caesar Salad
- 1-7 oz pkg. EarthGreens® Chopped Romaine
- ¼ cup Fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 cups Garlic, flavored croutons
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¾ cup Mayonnaise
- 5 Anchovy fillets, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated/divided
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- To taste Sea salt
- To taste Coarsely ground black pepper
In a medium size bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
In a large salad bowl, toss EarthGreens® Chopped Romaine. Toss with dressing, remaining Parmesan cheese, and garlic flavored croutons.
