Restaurant Style Caesar Salad


  • 1-7 oz pkg. EarthGreens® Chopped Romaine
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 cups Garlic, flavored croutons


  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise
  • 5 Anchovy fillets, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated/divided
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • To taste Sea salt
  • To taste Coarsely ground black pepper


In a medium size bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

In a large salad bowl, toss EarthGreens® Chopped Romaine. Toss with dressing, remaining Parmesan cheese, and garlic flavored croutons.
