The Family Favorite

Romaine, also known as cos lettuce, originated in the Greek Island of Cos. It is easily recognized by the long leaves and the rib found in the center. This family favorite is mostly used for Caesar salad but has a wide variety of uses. Grill it on the barbeque or chop it up and add it to tacos. Either way you prepare it – you’ll love the crunchy texture and the nutritional benefits of Romaine! Available in both a 7 oz. clamshell and 9 oz. bag.
