Spinach Dip


  • 1-5 oz. pkg. EarthGreens® Tender Baby Spinach, cooked, drained and cooled
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1-4 oz. pkg. Instant vegetable soup mix (Knorr’s®)
  • oz. can Water chestnuts, finely chopped
  • 3 Green onions, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Carrots, thinly sliced
  • Loaf Sour dough bread
  • Vegetables, optional


In a medium size bowl, combine EarthGreens® Tender Baby Spinach, sour cream, water chestnuts, and mayonnaise; mix thoroughly. Add in green onions, carrots and vegetable soup mix; continue mixing until all ingredients are blended together. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Arrange on a platter with vegetables or sourdough bread.
