Sweet Salmon Red Leaf Appetizers


  • 12 leaves Garden Life™ Red Leaf Lettuce
  • 1 lg Fresh Pear, thinly sliced into 12 pieces
  • 4 oz. Smoked salmon, thinly sliced into 12 pieces
  • ¼ cup Blue cheese spread
  • ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup Candied walnuts, chopped


In a large platter arrange Garden Life™ Red Leaf Lettuce. Spread a small amount of blue cheese onto each leaf.

Place one slice each of smoked salmon and pears in leaf. Roll up leaf and secure with a toothpick. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and top with candied walnuts. Makes 12 appetizers.
